What is the Trade Program?

The Crate & Barrel, Crate & Kids and CB2 CBH Trade Program provides best-in-class service and solutions tailored to businesses and the professional design community. This includes:

EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT: Get Trade discounts on purchases across our three brands—no minimum required. Access opportunities for a larger discount based on volume.

INSIDER ACCESS: Get invited to design industry events and more.

CONCIERGE SERVICE: Our dedicated team works with you from start to finish, including installation.

Members also have access to program perks such as white glove delivery, custom-ordered materials, business sales and more.

Who is eligible for the CB2 Business to Business Program?

Accredited design professionals including Interior Design Studios , Architects, Developers, Contractors and Landscapers, members of professional staging organizations, and set decorators are all eligible for a business account regardless of whether they work on the residential or commercial side. Members enjoy an exclusive Trade Discount on all full-price merchandise.

How do I sign up for the Trade Program?

Sign up for the Trade Program by completing an online application and submitting supporting documents. You can find the application on our Trade Program page.

To be eligible for our Trade Program, design professionals must present two forms of documentation:

• Valid Trade License.
• TRN Certificate.
• Bank Details with Bank Letter Head.
• Passport copy Or Emirates ID.

How long does it take to get approved?

Once the application and documents have been submitted, we will accept or deny and finalize the application within 48-72 hours.

The member will receive an email confirmation of the acceptance of their application.

How do I activate my Trade discount to shop online?

Members should create their online business account using their business profile as would normally be done for a personal account. Once the account is set up the members must reach out to one of our representatives to add their membership discount code to the online purchase.

Members making purchases at two or more of our brands must make separate purchases as the brands do not share a universal shopping cart.

If a member is using a client’s credit card online, the billing address must match the shipping address.

How do I activate my Business to Business discount to shop online?

Once logged into your account, the discount will be automatically applied to eligible items in your cart on the website as well as the app.
